Year 5 were fortunate to have IntoUniversity visit and speak to the children about the exciting opportunities available to them after school.

The session began with an exploration of different courses they could study at university. They discovered that, while there are many options, students can only focus on one course at a time.

Next, they learned about various types of accommodation, including halls of residence, living with family, and sharing a home with friends.

They also explored university societies and were excited to learn that they could create their own, based on any interest or hobby they choose!

Finally, they discussed different locations where they could study in the UK—whether in the countryside, a bustling city, a smaller town, or even by the beach.

Fun fact: Anyone over the age of 18 can go to university! The oldest person ever to enroll was an impressive 98 years old!
