Whilst in Year 4, Salwa entered the Young Writers competition. This is a competition for children aged 7-11 years old to be creative and write their own story. Salwa won and is now a published author in the book “Ancient Adventures - Time Keepers.” Salwa’s story is called “The boy behind a rock” and was very funny.

Salwa had the opportunity to read it to the whole school in assembly recently, and did it with pride. We are all very proud!
