Parents were invited in to school to learn about how we teach the children in Year 3 reading skills. They were shown useful resources to help with reading at home with their children, as well as resources which we use in school to support children with their reading. The parents who attended asked brilliant questions around how to engage and motivate their children with their reading and a valuable conversation was had around strategies and tips to follow when reading at home.
